đď¸Â Dr. Okasha earned dual Doctoral Degrees in Ophthalmology (M.D.)âone from Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2019, and the other, a Doctoral Dissertation of Medicine (Dr.med.), from Saarland University, Homburg/Saar, Germany, in 2021.
